Music Video Adverisements and Digital Packages: Edit 2

With this cover, we wanted to go for ore of a 70s look. this cover, to us, actually somehow resembled the popular TV show, "That 70s Show". we wanted to do a sort of typical 70s cover that caught the eye f many people as it's not conventional. we chose a saturated pastel yellow with the brown shadow because of the way the two colours played together and how those colours played with the colours in the rest of the picture. I quite liked this cover just because it's so unconventional and so authentic to the 70s and easily recognised.

We used the same colours for the tracklist page, the same as we wanted for the last draft. This we thought played quite well with the pinks and reds in the image. it also plays quite well with the brown brick and the pink in her skin. it. However, the brown shadow didn't appear as well in this image.

We did the exact same thing with the advert. We used the same colours and used the colours in the image to play with the colours in the font. the yellow in the "Chance the Rapper" bit blends in with the shine of the building's brick but I still believe it looks quite good, regardless. on the next attempt, we might try not to use such faint colours as we notice now that they tend to blend in with the walls or not stand out enough.

LATER:

We later thought that we could maybe add a spine to the tracklist page. this would be a more intricate way to add detail to the DigiPak and the overall production.

Technical: The sidebar is in the same yellow as the font and the writing is navy blue.

We chose navy blue because it contrasts better with yellow than black does. we found this was a better alternative to black and it also stood out. we chose yellow because it also stood out on the shelf and could be quite memorable and unique on a modern shelf.
